What the app does

Enter a location, a search radius, and a business type, then tap

• Generate AI-Powered Competitor Insights*. The app produces an AI report with:
• A location score* and location alignment* breakdown
• Pros and cons* for that location and business
• Nearby competitors* with strengths and weaknesses
• Peak hours, positioning strategies, and opportunities*
• A final star rating*, a verdict, and recommended next steps

Every report is saved to your account and available in the History tab.

1. Create an account with your name, email, and a password (8+ characters

with an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol).
